Allergens: Nut-free; Gluten-Free; Lactose Intolerant
Dishes with nuts
We regret that we cannot advise customers with nut allergy / intolerances to eat our food at our restaurants.
This is because all our dishes can contain traces of nut. We are therefore unable to advise that any dish is nut-free.
We cook extensively with nuts. There could be accidental cross-contamination from cooking oils, utensils or nut particles since we do not operate in a surgical environment
Therefore customers with nut allergies / intolerances eating in our restaurants do so entirely at their own risk.
Gluten Free Dishes
All our restaurants have a wide range of Gluten free dishes. These include our curry and rice plates, and a couple of street food items. These dishes are not identified separately on the menu.
However, please inform your server of your requirement and they will be happy to assist you to make your choice and avoid you from ordering any dishes that may contain gluten.
Lactose intolerant dishes
The items we have which are dairy free comprise a number of the street food dishes, and three of the curry items.
Therefore we have some choice. Please ask to speak to a manager on arrival who can guide you through the menu.

Food or Cocktail Recipe Request
We regret we are unable to part with recipes which are the lifeblood of our success. However, please see above for our cook book.
We are inundated with requests of one type or another to support charities – which are equivalent to our making charitable donations.
It is impractical and uneconomic for us to so do on an extensive basis. We already support a number of charities with whom we have a long term relationship. We do not participate in industry – wide collective events.
We are happy to support charities relating to schools close to where our restaurants are located. If you fall in this category please send us email by clicking here.
