We are celebrating the advent of spring with our immensely successful Punjabi Food Showcase from 13 April to 11 May.
Baisakhi is celebrated with great gusto and eating out. It is Punjab, the granary of India, which spearheaded the eating out movement in India and it is the home of butter chicken (the forerunner of chicken tikka masala ) and all the wonderful paneer dishes.
We are doing our bit this year by celebrating food from the Punjab. Our chefs’ menu comprises of dishes that Punjabis love eating when they go out.
These dishes are presented specially for the Festival in addition to our regular A la carte menu.
