Becoming a member with the Masala Zone Loyalty Club
What is Masala Zone Loyalty Club?
The Masala Zone Loyalty Club is our way of rewarding our loyal guests. When you register for the Club you will automatically be entitled to receive all the benefits associated with the Loyalty membership.
Is there a cost to join?
No, the Masala Zone Loyalty Club is absolutely free to join.
How can I sign up to the Loyalty Club?
You can register for the Masala Zone Loyalty Club online or on your smart phone. Click here to Sign up to the Loyalty Club.
How long does it take for the membership to become active?
You have to complete the Sign Up form. You will then receive an email asking you to verify your email address (please keep an eye on your junk mail folder too). Following verification of your email address you will automatically become a Loyalty Member. So the faster your complete the verification the faster you become a Loyalty Member.
Why do I need to register my personal details?
We may contact you time to time with special offers for special occasions like Birthdays & offers for Masala Zone restaurants that are near to where you live or work. If you don’t tell us who you are or where you live, we would unable to send you special offers tailored for you or update your points & points statement.
Is there a qualifying spend & how do I earn points?
You can collect points every time you dine at Masala Zone restaurant & there is no minimum qualifying spend. Depending on where & when you use your Loyalty account the points vary. Click here to find out how to collect points. Please note that the points can be collected at the time of paying the bill as the points collected are related to the total spends.
When points cannot be collected?
Points cannot be collected on offers, both redemption offers as well as special offers.
How can I find out how many points I’ve got?
You can find out by checking your Loyalty account online. Click here for My Loyalty History to find out how many points you have.
Alternatively we will be sending out account statements periodically.
Can I use my friends Loyalty Account?
Yes, you can use your friend’s Loyalty Account but remember the points are collected in an individual’s account & cannot be transferred to another account. The points collected by an individual can only be redeemed by that individual.
Can everyone at the table use their Loyalty Account?
Only the person (n) paying the bill can use their Loyalty Account. This is because points are collected on the basis of spend.
I forgot to collect points last time I dined at Masala Zone. Can I get the points added?
Yes, you can. You will need to scan your restaurant bill & receipt & email us within 7 days of dining. Please add your email address & your unique Loyalty Number so that the points can be added to your account. You can only have 2 receipts added in a 14 day period.
Can I collect points on a party or group booking I have done?
Yes, you can collect points up to a maximum of 1000 points in a single day. Points cannot be earned in conjunction with a discounted or a promotional group menu or with any other offers. The person paying the bill will have to be already registered to the Loyalty Club prior to the party. Please note the points can be collected only at the time of paying the bill.
Redemption QR codes
When will I receive my QR code?
Your QR code is generated when points are collected that quality the redemption. Go to My Loyalty History section of your Account to see how many points you have collected & for your QR code.
How long are my Loyalty points valid for?
Your Loyalty Points are valid for two years.
Can I use my Loyalty points for ordering online?
At present this facility is not available. But we are working on making this available for Online ordering as well & will inform you as soon as it is done.
How can I tell how many points I have redeemed or still have left to spend?
Go to My Loyalty History Section of your Loyalty Account to view the points you have collected & redeemed.
I have signed up to Masala Zone mailing list before. Do I have to sign up for the Loyalty Club again?
If you have already signed up to our mailing list you do not need to sign up again. Click here to see if your details are already with us.
What do I need to login to my account?
To log in to your account all you need is a valid email address that you used to register your account & your password. Click here to login to your account.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions on the log in page & we will email your password to your email account.
How can I change information in my profile?
You will need to login to your account using your email address & password. Then click on the My Personal Details section to view & amend your personal details. Please keep your information current as we want to make sure that we can keep you informed of any special offers that are relevant for you.
Can I change my email address?
Your email address is also your Username. So it cannot be changed. However if you do need to change your email address please email us with your details. Please ensure that the email comes from the email address you would like to change.
Can my Loyalty points be refunded?
No. Unused & redeemed rewards QR codes cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange my Loyalty points for cash?
No, the loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash. Any attempt to do so will immediately cancel your Loyalty membership.
I have collected points but there is no QR code for me to redeem my points.
