ENJOY OUR DIWALI CELEBRATORY FOOD
Since the Thali, the way Indians traditionally eat at home in India, is one of our cornerstones, enjoy our Celebration Diwali Thali with us during Diwali week.
In addition to Diwali Patiala Methi Chicken (Robust curry with fresh fenugreek leaves) or Diwali Gulab Jamun Makhanwala (Chenna cheese koftas in a luxurious buttery caramelised tomato sauce).
You will be given a splendid array of:
Aloo Sarson ka saag (Mustard leaves & spinach cooked with potato, garlic and butter); Dal Langarwali (traditionally slow cooked outside the Golden Temple in Amritsar), Dahi Bhalla (Lentil dumplings coated with yoghurt & tamarind chutney), Baingan Kalonji (Aubergine, mustard, ginger, onion seeds), & Lachha Paratha.
Plus there will be the special Diwali dessert platter of Jalebi, Kala Jamun, Rasgulla and Laddu with Mango Cream.
