We are marking Diwali with a unique celebration of a galaxy of festive dishes, from the many regions of India, from 14 to 22 October, across all the Masala Zone restaurants.
Celebratory Diwali dishes comprise our Home Thalis featuring Diwali Gulab Jamun Makhanwala Thali and Diwali Patiala Methi Chicken Thali.
Each Home Thali includes 4oz of curry, papad & chutney, Aloo Sarson ka Saag, Dal Langarwali (whole urad which is traditionally slow cooked outside the Golden Temple in Amritsar), Dahi Bhalla (lentil dumplings), Baingan Kalonj (aubergine), Saffron Pulao or Lachha Paratha.
